My vendors were happy to pay the $199 for the Facebook ad campaign, as they understand the importance of using social media as part of the marketing mix.
Chauncey did some ad split testing to identify the target audience, and then managed the budget on a daily basis to stretch the campaign out over 3 whole weeks.

To get 118 clicks to the listing on rwponsonby.co.nz was a really good result which I was very pleased with, and shows that Facebook users can be targeted with real estate advertising quite well.
